What you will do
- Reporting to the Sales and Service Attendants Supervisor at Parlee Beach Provincial Park, you will have the following duties and responsibilities:
- Providing fast, efficient, and professional customer service by addressing visitors' needs
- Using the Point of Sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handling payments, balancing, and reconciling funds, and preparing daily bank deposits
- Setting prices for items, managing inventory, and conducting regular stock checks
- Assisting in training and onboarding of new staff
- Maintaining a clean and well-organized work environment by ensuring displays are set up and shelves are stocked
- Performing other related tasks as needed for the shop
Work Environment:
- Working variable hours, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Lifting light to moderate weight supplies

You must be a team player who works with attention to detail and possess strong interpersonal, communication skills and are self-motivated.
Your attitude, skills and interests are just as important as your area of study. We are looking for diverse backgrounds that bring a combination of the following:
Need to have
- Completion of grade 10
- Experience in customer service or sales
- An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered
- Written and spoken competence in English and French is required
Nice to have
Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite
Salary: $20.67 per hour
