What you will do
- Cash handling including preparing daily floats, counting, reporting and depositing daily receipts
- Communications and daily interactions with employees, managers and suppliers, including training and coaching, answering telephones and interaction with visitors
- Data entry of financial data, as well as handling electronic incoming invoices and preparing outgoing invoices
- Administrative functions including but not limited to ordering offices supplies, filing, handling all aspects of incoming and outgoing mail
- Quality control/quality assurance of processes and procedures, including documentation
- Submitting payroll
- Producing budgets and financial reports
- Various other office duties as assigned.

Need to have
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, business or finance OR a two-year diploma in accounting, business or finance with two (2) years of related experience
- An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered
- Written and spoken competence in English is required
Nice to have
- Experience using Microsoft Excel
- Experience using Oracle
- Experience using Simply Accounting Software
Wage
Pay Band 2 - $1,749.00 to $2,442.00 bi-weekly
